Who runs the site
The site is run by operator's legal name and address, called "we" and "the operator" below.
What the site is
Parody. Not affiliated with Elon Musk, Nintendo, or anyone in the ranking. Not financial advice. The foes are satire: caricatures of public figures drawn for a joke. Nobody pictured here, including Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, Bill Gates, Ed Bastian, Alex Gibney and Nintendo, has endorsed or has anything to do with this game.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. You must not be in a restricted country: Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, plus any others listed on the League rules page. You must not be barred from using the site or receiving tokens by the law that applies to you. The league refuses sign-in and runs from restricted countries, and you agree not to get around that block.
The coin
$WELON is a community coin. It promises no value, and it may fall to zero. This site does not sell it. If you buy or sell $WELON, you do that on a third-party venue, at your own risk, under that venue's terms. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
The league and rewards
The weekly league is described on the League rules page, which is part of these terms. In short:
- Rewards are discretionary. We may withhold, change or stop them at any time, including the amount, the number of winners and the way points are counted.
- We may disqualify a wallet that cheats or breaks the rules, and keep back its rewards.
- Payouts are sent by hand. We are not liable for delays, or for a payout that cannot be made.
- You are responsible for any tax on rewards you receive.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or look for ways around its limits.
- Do not use bots, scripts or modified clients, or any other automation, to play, sign in or submit runs.
- Do not scrape the site or the league's board beyond reasonable use.
- Do not use more than one wallet to take part in the league.
Wallet sign-in
To use the league you sign in with a Solana wallet. Signing in means signing a short message. It costs nothing, does not send a transaction and moves no funds. You keep your own keys. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and nobody who works on this site will either.
Intellectual property and parody
The caricatures are satire. Names and trademarks that appear belong to their owners and are used for commentary and parody. The game's own art, code and text belong to the operator. You may play the game and share your score. You may not copy the game or its art to run a competing service.
No warranty
The site and the game are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be free of errors, always online or always fair. The league may go offline for a while, for example when a price or balance cannot be read.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, the game or the league, including any loss in the value of $WELON or any other token, lost rewards, or lost access to a wallet. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by governing law, and disputes go to the courts that decide them. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law of your own country gives you that cannot be waived.
